The journey
DAY 1 - HELLO SAIGON
Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City, check in, take a moment to settle, then meet everyone properly over our first dinner together. Good Vietnamese food, new faces, and the beginning of 11 days together.
DAY 2 - A TASTE OF THE CITY
Get to know Saigon through its history and its food. We’ll visit the War Remnants Museum, eat local favourites along the way, and finish the day with a vegan fine-dining experience.
DAY 3 - BENEATH THE SURFACE
Head outside the city to the Củ Chi Tunnels. Walk through an important part of Vietnam’s history, hear the stories behind it, and experience a completely different side of the country.
DAY 4 - YOUR DAY,YOUR WAY
No schedule to chase today. Sleep in, wander the city, go shopping, book a massage, hunt down more food or simply do absolutely nothing. This day is yours.
DAY 5 - INTO THE HIGHLANDS
Leave the energy of Saigon behind and make our way to Đà Lạt. Settle into our private villa, breathe in the cooler highland air, and spend the evening in the kitchen for our first cooking class with VeggieAnh.
DAY 6 - COOK, COFFEE & A LITTLE ADVENTURE
Start the morning cooking a traditional Vietnamese breakfast with VeggieAnh. Later, get hands-on with Vietnamese coffee before heading out for an evening with a little more adventure.
DAY 7 - MUSHROOMS TO DINNER
Spend the day at a local mushroom farm learning how they’re grown, harvested and used in Vietnamese cooking. Then it’s back to the villa, back into the kitchen, and another evening cooking and eating together with VeggieAnh.
DAY 8 - MOUNTAINS TO THE SEA
Say goodbye to Đà Lạt and make our way down to Nha Trang. Check in, drop your bags and enjoy an open afternoon by the coast. No big plans just some time to enjoy being by the sea.
DAY 9 - INTO THE WATER
A full day out on the water, snorkelling in the warm waters around Nha Trang. Swim, explore, relax on the boat and enjoy a proper day at sea.
DAY 10 - ONE LAST NIGHT TOGETHER
Our final full day. Keep things simple with a beach picnic, good food and time by the water before getting everyone together for one last evening dinner, drinks, karaoke, laughs and probably a few emotional goodbyes.
DAY 11 - UNTIL NEXT TIME
One last breakfast, one last look at the coast, and then it’s time to head back. We’ll fly together from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City, arriving by 5pm, where the retreat officially comes to an end.
